Pat loves the Big Island and feels very blessed to live here. For over 20 years, she was a resident of Alaska...and after almost 20 years of Alaskan winters, her dream was to live in Hawaii. This dream came true-mainly because of real estate investments.
Pat says that the Big Island is a unique and varied island - where you can virtually name your climate, view and price - the trick is finding all of this in one place! She knows from experience , having lived in several different areas of the Big Island.
Pat originally moved to the Big Island and lived in "Green Side" Waimea in the Puu Nani area. It was here she started in Real Estate in 2001. Pat’s next move was down the hill to Waikoloa. Waikoloa and the nearby resorts are known for their condos, and Pat learned the different complexes and each of their unique features.
In 2005, Pat moved to live high up on Mauna Kea, at the 5,000 ft level at Waiki'i Ranch where winter mornings are a bit "crisp".
This area is known to be a horse lovers dream come true with trails throughout the ranch.
But, this is also a gardener’s delight with the cooler climate making mainland fruits possible to grow along with a garden of artichokes, asparagus & salad greens...and of course carrots for the horses! Pat has now gone full circle and is again living in the green hills of Waimea. From the very first time she saw Waimea as a tourist back in the 80's it seemed to be unlike any other town in Hawaii. Waimea has its own special magic and Pat just loves living there again
Pat loves the Big Island and also loves Real Estate. If you're wondering what all those letters are behind her name, well... its many hours of education Pat has taken to know as much about Real Estate as she can. While she likes to have fun showing you around the Big Island and “talking story”, she also wants to wow you with her service and knowledge. As Pat says: “I love the Big Island! Aloha."
